We collect account information from institutional users (name, email, role), curriculum data institutions choose to structure inside Keystone, and standard site-usage data — pages visited, browser type, and referring source — from visitors to this website.

How We Use Information

Account and usage data are used to operate the platform, provide support, and improve Keystone's features. Curriculum data is used exclusively to power the institution's own knowledge graph — never to build products for other customers.

Data Ownership

Curriculum entered into Keystone remains the property of the institution that created it. It is never used to train models outside that institution's own deployment, and it is never shared with or exposed to other institutions.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access to institutional curriculum governed by the role-based permissions set in each institution's Admin Panel. Security practices are reviewed on an ongoing basis as the platform evolves.
