Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Keystone platform or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Keystone on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

Use of the Platform

Access to Keystone is granted under an institutional agreement. Each institution is responsible for the accounts it provisions, the users it authorizes, and compliance with the permitted-use terms of that agreement. Accounts may not be shared outside the institution or used to circumvent seat-based licensing.

Intellectual Property

Curriculum content created or uploaded by an institution remains the property of that institution. The Keystone platform, including its knowledge graph engine, software, and design, remains the property of WorldQuant Learning and is licensed, not sold, to institutions for use under their agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Keystone is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldQuant Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including interruptions to curriculum availability.
